Senior DevOps AWS Engineer (Remote)

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps AWS Engineer for a remote role.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 7 years of overall IT experience
• 3 years of experience in working with core AWS solutions and available services
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Developing automation using CloudFormation
  • Developing Lambdas in Python (Boto3) for AWS infrastructure automation
• Strong knowledge of AWS DevOps tools (CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline)
• Hands-on experience with hardening of AWS infrastructure

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge or experience in Python scripting

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within and outside DevOps to prioritize work
• Troubleshoot production issues and create root cause analysis report
• Provide subject matter expertise on DevOps and automation in an AWS infrastructure environment
• Coordinate with other development teams to provide support and manage technical expectations

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• AWS certification preferred

The salary range for this position is $180,000 – $195,000.
