Senior IS Security Risk Analyst (Hybrid)

We're hiring a Senior IS Security Risk Analyst to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
• 8 years of I/T experience, including 6 years of IT security, risk assessment and/or compliance experience
• Knowledge of risk and control, and how they impact each line of business (LOB)
• Experience with:
  • NIST 800-53 framework
  • Presentation, security assessments, policy work, or risk analysis
  • Microsoft 365 suite
• Familiarity with HIPAA and other frameworks
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to confidently brief AVPs, VPs, and the CIO
• Translate technical/security concepts into business-friendly language
• Preferred experience with ServiceNow, Visio, Power BI, Power Automate, Planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments across multiple LOBs
• Perform gap analysis against NIST 800-53
• Review policies and ensure alignment with corporate standards
• Conduct project security reviews, identifying risks and raising concerns

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree or equivalent experience

The hourly rate for this position is $61.85.
