Senior SAP Basis Administrator (Hybrid)

We're hiring a Senior SAP Basis Administrator to join our team in Richmond, VA. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with 50% onsite work required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be US citizen or Green Card holder
• 9+ years of SAP Basis administration experience
• Strong experience with:
  • SAP HANA
  • SAP S/4HANA
  • S/4HANA data archiving
• Hands-on experience with system installs, upgrades, transport management, client copies, and performance monitoring
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within diverse and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support SAP HANA environments
• Manage core Basis functions: installations, configuration, upgrades/support packs, client copies, system refreshes, transport management, and job scheduling
• Implement and optimize data archiving solutions in SAP S/4HANA
• Monitor system performance and manage integrations across multiple SAP-connected applications
• Provide technical guidance on architecture and upcoming initiatives, such as RISE with SAP
• Support platform evolution, including potential migration to Oracle Exadata
• Serve as a technical SME within the Basis team

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field or equivalent experience
• High school diploma or equivalency
