Statistical Programming Analyst (Hybrid)

We're hiring a Statistical Programming Analyst to join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure data integrity and manage standard/routine processes at the beginning of each month
• Assist the data warehouse team with table loads, ensuring data completeness and accuracy
• Run standard/routine processes against updated data and deliver reports
• Create ad hoc reports and work directly with customers to ensure information relevance and accuracy
• Utilize programming skills to create useful and insightful reporting
• Transition from SAS and SQL to Python by the end of 2026
• Expand data visualization tools to include dashboarding and modeling

Skills & Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in statistical programming or statistical interpretation
• 5 years of experience with:
  • Statistical practices
  • Statistical software and relational databases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Preferred experience with SAS and/or Python, Databricks, and SQL
• Experience converting SAS to Python is highly desired
• Strong reporting skills with a focus on mathematical computations using programming languages

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in statistics/biostatistics, mathematics, computer science, or another job-related field
• Master's degree preferred

The hourly rate for this position is $46.75.
