Workstation Support Analyst (Onsite)

We’re looking for a Workstation Support Analyst for an onsite role in Florence, SC.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
• 2 years of technical operations support experience
• Strong understanding of operating systems, network configurations, and hardware components
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with VPNs, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for workstations and related equipment
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components
• Assist in the management of network connectivity issues
• Respond to service requests and ensure timely resolution of issues

Education/Certifications:

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related field
• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification is preferred

The hourly rate for this position is $27.17.
